Preschool and Elementary School Tuition & Fees

2025-26 School Year

At Acton Academy Calgary Central, our school tuition reflects our commitment to providing a truly exceptional education. As a non-profit elementary school, every dollar goes directly into creating the best possible learning environment-smaller class sizes, world-class learning tools, and a curriculum that goes far beyond the traditional Alberta curriculum. Our learner-driven approach nurtures curiosity, independence, and critical thinking in ways conventional schools often can't.

We invest in more personalized mentorship, hands-on projects, and real-world skill development that prepare students not just for tests, but for life. This isn't your typical classroom-and the value of that difference is reflected in our schools tuition. If you're looking for more than the status quo, we invite you to explore what your investment in Acton Central can mean for your child's future.

Between Session Programming

At Acton Central, the academic year is structured into multiple 5- to 7-week sprints, each centered around an immersive learning experience and theme known as a Quest. These focused learning periods are strategically aligned with Alberta’s statutory holidays, allowing families the flexibility to recharge together and/or travel during off-peak times.

Between sprints, we intend to offer optional recreational-focused childcare, ensuring a balance between structured learning and leisure activities. This care is also provided on PD days. This care will not be provided in the first 3 months until we can get a sense for interest levels.

The price will be based on number of participants to cover the operating expenses (and nothing more). Options include:

  • Regular Day (8:30am – 3:45pm)
  • Regular Day + Before Care (7:30am – 3:45pm)
  • Regular Day + After Care (8:30am – 6:00pm)
  • Regular Day + Before + After Care (7:30am – 6:00pm)

*Please note the total number of 'days off' is the same as the traditional academic calendar.

We believe that learning to do, learning to be, and learning to learn are more important than memorization.
